The new avada is showing two header area's

Since Avada is updated to 6 it will show two header area's. I know there are changes in the header.php file from avada but I can't find why it shows these in the site with toolset. In other sites where I don't use toolset but use the child theme with header.php to change the looks I had to change the header.php file to a new one and it solved it. In toolset I can't find what to change.

I hope this is enough info otherwise let me know.
