We set up the form to receive the data with url parameter.
But now i need pass page title. How can i send the page title to the form?

Hi Avansis,

Thank you for getting in touch.

This can actually be done by writing another shortcode to get the title from the URL.

function cust_get_post_title ) {  
    if(isset($_GET['contact_id'])){
     $post_id = $_GET['contact_id'];
    $post = get_post($post_id);
     return $post->post_title;
    }
}
add_shortcode( 'cust_get_post_title', 'cust_get_post_title' );

Then just use this shortcode below [cust_get_post_title]
