Hi,

I am running in many issues on the site, can't update any plugin or edit wp-config.php file, or update wordpress itself,

when updating any plugin it requires ftp access which is unusual, when provided the ftp access still can't update any plugin, the toolset framework plugin was activated and I deactivated it but still running in these issue.
the warning when updating a plugin :

Warning: file_put_contents(/home/____/public_html/wp-content/_modulemanager_tmp_/.htaccess): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/____/public_html/wp-content/plugins/toolset-module-manager/classes/ModuleManager.php on line 1090
The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Enabling Maintenance mode…

I tried to rename the plugins folder name in : public_html/wp-content/plugins to troubleshoot the issue but it gave me permission dined through cpanel and filezilla

I can share more screenshots on private message.

does this issue related to the framework inastaller plugin.

thanks

Hi,

this issue was resolved by resting the file permissions for my website's root folder, it has nothing to do with the framework installer plugin

thanks again
