We are using the woocommerce custom fields plugin - versteckter Link
There is conflict with the tool types plugin, when it is activate the the woocommerce conditional fields buttons (right-side panel do not work. Images attached.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - yes, I can see the issue on your staging site when Toolset Types plugin is active.
Could you please send me exact steps to reproduce the issue as well as copy of the "WooCommerce Custom Fields" plugin. You should upload the zip file to any file sharing service and send me the link to download.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I installed the plugin on my local test site with all latest Toolset plugins active and the strange thing is that I do not able to reproduce the issue.
Please check following video:
=> versteckter Link
As you can see Types plugin is active and I installed the plugin and created one field but I do not able to see the issue which you are able to see.
To debug this issue further:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
2)
Could you please clear all your cache browser as well as server (I see you are using WP Engline)
I have tested in the staging area, set the theme to the default wordpress theme, when deactivating all plugins it works, then if when activating toolset plugin is stops working.
Screenshots attached.
WP Engine have cleared all cache, we also cleared browser cache and used incognito browsers
Minesh isn't available, I will take care of this ticket.
Here is what I found in your stage website, if I switch to wordpress default theme 2017, then the problem is fixed, so this conflict has involved your theme "Bridge", you can see it is working in your stage site: versteckter Link
if you still need assistance for it, please provide a downloadable URL for the Bridge theme, I need to test and debug it in my localhost. thanks
Here is the feedback from our 2nd tier supporters:
The Bridge Theme you provided is broken. There are some PHP error and notice when activate this theme, for example:
( ! ) Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in .../wp-content/themes/bridge/widgets/relate_posts_widget.php on line 86
( ! ) Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in .../wp-content/themes/bridge/widgets/latest_posts_menu.php on line 104
( ! ) Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ...t/themes/bridge/widgets/latest_posts_menu.php:104) in .../wp-includes/option.php on line 920
We can not fix things when themes are broken, please try these:
1) Please check it with author of Bridge Theme, make sure those PHP error and notices are fixed.
2) Upgrade to the latest fixed version of Bridge Theme and test again
If the problem still persists, then provide a copy of fixed version of Bridge Theme.
