[Gelöst] No response on ticket for a week

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Sorry to create another post about an existing one, but it's been a week and I have not heard back. The ticket is: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/im-trying-to-make-a-view-that-only-shows-past-events/

Any chance I could get an update?
