[Gelöst] Issue in dashboard with registration

Problem: I see a warning message that my registration is not valid, but it seems to be registered correctly.

Solution: We're aware of a problem affecting new and existing User registrations and site keys. Please go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab and click "Check for Updates" in the Toolset plugins panel.

This support ticket is created vor 6 Jahren, 5 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to: use the plugin (haha it works fine, thank you!)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: in my plugin folder/toolset activation

I expected to see: normal plugin info

Instead, I got: a reminder that is telling me I need to license the product (which I have and have connected to my account)

I've supplied pictures to illustrate the issue =)

I am not sure what I should do and do not want to lose any of my settings at all. It may not be a big deal, but I want to ensure I continue to receive updates.

Hi, we're aware of an issue currently affecting new and existing User registrations and automatic updates. Please go to the Commercial tab and click "Check for Updates" to see if this will resolve the issue. If not, you can continue using the plugins until we have a resolution ready. Please let me know if the Check for Updates button fixes the issue for you.
