Problem:
I need to show a progress bar when submitting a form.
Solution:
There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset Forms plugin, as a workaround, you can show a spinner after user submit the post form.
For example, edit your post form, in section "Settings", enable option "Submit this form without reloading the page (use AJAX)".
So when user submit above post form, it will display a spinner near the submit button
