Hello,

I have a WC + Toolset site and have affected shop manager role to a user. I would like, in addition to the shop manager rights, that this user have access to WC plugin settings.

Is there a way to manage this?

Regards
Pat

Hi Pat,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The shop manager role should already have access to the woocommerce plugin settings.

If not then you can just go to the role and edit the role and enable the Woocommerce capabilities for this.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Thanks for the feedback.
I have verified that everything is checked in the Access role but the shop manager has no access to the Woocommerce settings. He has everything else except plugin settings.
When you talk about editing the role, this is inside the Access plugin role manager?

Let me know

Pat

Hi Pat,

"When you talk about editing the role, this is inside the Access plugin role manager?"

Yes that is correct.

Could you send me a screenshot of the woocommerce shop manager role settings for the woocommerce permissions ? Similarly to what i've provided in my screenshot.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Pat,

The settings are correct for the user to see the woocommerce settings.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can check on this for you ?

The private fields have been enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I've made another way : I have created a new user role based on administrator and have used the Adminimize plugin to restrict the dashboard to what is really needed.

Thanks for your time
Pat
