[Closed] Getting "You are using an expired account of Toolset." but I a Lifetime account

This support ticket is created vor 2 years. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I signed into the site today and it asked me to register toolset, but it is already registered. When visiting the Commercial Add plugins page it is reporting that my subscription has expired, but my subscription is a lifetime account?

I also unregistered and registered. When that didn't work I delete the site from toolset.com and got a new key which is also reporting the same error. I am only seeing this on this one site out of my 9 registered.

Suggestions?

Sorry about this, the systems team made some upgrades yesterday which broke a few things.

This should be resolved now, if you could please check again.
