I am trying to: Show a view, which list all pages of a post type, on the content template of that post type. Furthermore the view should contain the filter "Post author is the author of the page where this View is shown".

I expected to see: All pages of that post type, where the "Post author is the author of the page where this View is shown"

Instead, I got: No results. No pages can be load.

The view load the pages until I use the filter "Post author is the author of the page where this View is shown". As soon as the filter is active, the view can't load any page.

Hi Minesh,

many thanks for your answer. I want to display the author of the post. It's a testpage, that's why I am also the author of the post. In general the post author should be displayed and not the logged-in user 🙂

Ok - thanks for the information.

Can you please check now: versteckter Link

It displays the post now, but the thing is that why you want to display the same page link eventhough you are on the same page that is NightOwl.

If you do not want to include the current page in result, simple edit your view and navigate to "Query Options" and checkmark the checkbox "Don't include current page in query result".

And to check if it really works, edit another post and set the post author to Lara Kreisz (LaraKreisz) and update that post and then load the post versteckter Link, you will see it working 🙂
