Hi

I have employees, locations and departements. Employees have a relation to location and another relation to department. How can I filter a list by locations and departments.

I need a severals lists listing employees per department.

Thanks
Marcel

You can only filter by several relationships of the same "tree", this means, for example you can filter by the parent posts and their parent posts, in a View - but you cannot filter by the parent posts and another set of parent posts, in the same View, even if the queried post type actually is assigned to those 2 different relations.

To have that feature in Views you have to submit a Feature Request for it here so your voice can be added to the several that already requested this in past:
https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/

We apologies that this is not currently possible in Toolset.

Hi

I think, this feature has been requested many times already. Any workaround?

Thanks
Marcel

Hi Marcel,

Unfortunately not at this time, there is no workaround for this one.

Thanks,
Shane
