Several months ago we completed a template that included a single row gallery of thumbnail images, displaying the latest 4 items uploaded under the header image of the landing page.
I have some users of the template where the row appears correctly.
There are others where the row has disappeared, unknown to me or apparently the user. The row simple disappeared.
Can you help us recover it?
A sample where the row appears correctly: versteckter Link
Two samples where the row disappeared:

versteckter Link
Both users had no knowledge that the row disappeared.
I think we would need access to the back end of the site to take a look at what is happening, if that's okay.
Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.
So this is a multi-site, and the home page is working on some sites but not others.
The home page is designed with Elementor, and the gallery of 4 posts is added by inserting a View module.
In a working example, the View itself ("Home Page Gallery View") is made with the block editor, and the View is created and edited on a page of the same name. If you wanted to make changes to the gallery, you would edit that page, and edit the View block in situ.
In the cases where it is not working, the home page includes the same View module, but the site itself doesn't have the page Home Page Gallery View containing the View block. I can't find the View anywhere to edit or check it, I don't know where it lives.
When using the block editor you would need to recreate the View block (on a page or in a content template) on each sub-site: exporting and importing of Views created with blocks isn't currently supported.
I appreciate your help, but I have attempted many times to grasp the use of toolset in our projects, but the incompatibilities and complication level are too challenging. I will try to resolve the issue with this project, but I will not bother you with help on a future one.
The following two subsites: versteckter Link and versteckter Link where the row is currently visible, where both cloned from one of the two subsites where the row has disappeared. All 4 were cloned from a single subsite.
Can you at least help me understand the difference?
Are the two subsites that display the row not setup correctly?
I don't know how you cloned the sites, whether not all of the content was reproduced on the cloned sites, or after the sites were cloned some "tidying up" was done to delete "unnecessary content", some of which is actually necessary.
So on the sub-sites where it is not working, there are references to a View that doesn't appear to exist on them.
On the working sub site, a View block "Home Page Gallery View" was added to a page with the same name. That View is then inserted into the home page, but the View "lives" on the first page. And on the non-working sites that page where the View lives has been deleted.
On those non-working sites, to get them working, you can edit the home page, delete the non-working View block, and insert a new View block and create the View from scratch.
