Connection Error

This support ticket is created vor 2 years, 2 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Good morning

A problem with your server is indicated on my system!
Today I found the following message on versteckter Link:
toolset: Connection error: Unable to get data from service. Detailed error: cURL error 77:

The pages like

Do not work properly. The images do not load. Everywhere else on the homepage they do.

What is the problem?

Hi there,

Not showing the images does not seem to be related to the connection message.

The connection message shows that your server has some sort of firewall or measure that prevents your website to access our servers.

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist:

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net
