Problem:
Client cannot edit posts in the backend, seeing an HTTP 500 error.
Solution:
The debug logs show that the error is an out-of-memory error.
That requires increasing the resources available to WordPress on the server.
In this client's case that meant raising the memory available on admin pages as high as 512Mb by adding the following to the wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

I installed the pro version of toolset.
I've a problem with activation of View or Layout.
When I active view and layout togheter I've problem to open the edit of posts and product, beacuse when I try to open on of these return me an error: HTTP ERROR 500
When I active one of them post and products works fine.
That will create a file debug.log in your wp-content/ directory which you can examine in any text editor. Try re-activating both plugins again and then inspect the log.

The last line shows you are out of memory, you need to increase the amount of memory available on your server.
How much memory is required depends on your site and you have quite a few active plugins which together are pushing you past the available amount of memory.
For the admin pages (which typically require more memory) you can increase the allocated memory by adding the following to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
Note that that means WordPress requesting more memory from the server. It may also be necessary to speak to your host about the server making more memory available if that doesn't resolve the problem.

How many Memory limit you think is needed?
Are you sure that if update the memory limit with my hosting the problem is resolved? Do you think I can try some else before?
From your debug info it looks like the current limit is 256M, so try changing it in the wp-config.php file as I showed above to 512M and see if that works.
You'll only need to speak to your host if that doesn't work (because they must have higher-level server settings which limit the available memory allocated to WordPress).
