Commerce Form doesn't redirect to checkout page

This support ticket is created vor 2 Jahre, 8 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a page with Commerce Form : versteckter Link

After you fill this form it should redirect to checkout page.
Sometimes it did, but most of time it doesn't and redirect to other page.

What could lead to this ?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

When I tested the form submission, I was also redirected to the "Customer survey" page and not the "Checkout" page.

Can you please share some background details about the expected workflow in this case? Also, test the form with all extra plugins disabled (i.e. keeping only WooCommerce and the Toolset plugins active).

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
