The best practices for setting up an ad-hoc image gallery (not the standard WooCommerce gallery) in Forms depend a lot on the type of gallery you want to implement. Do you have a specific gallery in mind? I'm asking in terms of working with the standard WooCommerce gallery. It suggests this will require custom code however it doesn't really give any clues on what needs to be hooked up to make this work for what seems like it should be fairly standard functionality. Or it suggests as a non-code solution to "add product images using custom fields defined in Types" but again doesn't provide any detail on exactly how you would hook up these custom fields to the standard WooCommerce gallery?
I'm happy to code or use use custom fields if they can be hooked up to the standard WooCommerce Product gallery but I little more detail to work with.

I see, in short this is a limitation of the Forms software and there is no guidance offered for extending Forms to manage WooCommerce product gallery images. Our system is not designed to support those images, so there's no extra advice here in the forums. None of our APIs are specific to product gallery images, so I don't have any code examples to share with you.
