I am trying to add the following two capabilities to the editor role:

-- gravityforms_view_entries
-- gravityforms_export_entries

These capabilities do not show up in the list of available capabilities when editing the role in Access, so I tried adding them as custom capabilities. Despite this, users in the editor role still cannot view Gravity Forms in the back-end.

I noticed the following support request from 5 years ago and was wondering if there was any new information on this topic:

https://toolset.com/forums/topic/gravityforms_edit_entries/

Thanks in advance for your support.

I suspect you are adding the wrong capabilities.

You say you want users to be able to edit gravity forms, but you are not granting them the gravityforms_edit_forms capability.

When I added that capability (and the ability to preview forms, while testing) then a user with the role with that capability was able to edit gravity forms.
