The issue here is that the user wanted to know if it is possible to send out a notification when the user edits a post on the backend.
Solution:
Unfortunately this is not possible for the backend, however if the user is editing the post on the backend using a Toolset form then you can setup the notifications section to allow the form to send a notice when the post is update.
Problem:
How could I deny access to the whole site for an entire user role or a single user, using Toolset Access?
Solution:
You can control what any user or user role can do in your website under Toolset > Access Control.
There you can manage who can access what post types and do what with them, inclusive front end read and backend edit actions.
If you remove all rights then, of course, the user won't be able to see/use those, but it doesn't control the basic access to the backend of WordPress or generally the access of the website as "one".
The same is valid for Taxonomies, Forms, fields, and other controllable items of Toolset Access.
You cannot completely "ban" users from visiting a site in general but you can, of course, control every single page and post, and hence avoid certain users or roles to even access a single page on your website without being redirected to an error template.
Problem: I would like to create a custom search View for Users.
Solution: It's not currently possible to create a parametric or custom search View for Users directly, but you can use a proxy post type as described in the documentation below.
The issue here is that the user doesn't want to use the wordpress media library to upload their files on the frontend forms but instead wanted to use the old uploader.
Solution:
In your forms disable this option "Use the WordPress Media Library manager for image, video, audio, or file fields"
Problem: With Views active, my site's search results do not appear.
Solution: An empty WordPress Archive is currently assigned to the Search archive. Unassign this WordPress Archive to use the theme's default template, or modify the WordPress Archive as needed.
