Thank you for contacting us here in the Support Forum

What I see on that URL are:

1. User Messaging (instant messaging)

Toolset is not the right tool to do this.
You can create a Custom Post Type and let users submit posts after posts (like a Forum, as you see here)
But that is not instant messaging

2. Social Login

Toolset does not provide any Social (or other) means of login
We rely and provide the WordPress Login Form as a ShortCode.

3. Console page

This seems a normal editable Front End Post (even if Profiles) and can be done with CRED User Forms

4. Post submission

Same here, this is possible with CRED

That is done with CRED.

It's not "instant messaging"

It's a Form, there you add your message and submit it.
A Post is Created (internally, in WordPress) and a Email notification is triggered.

Then you (or whoever receives the notification) can reply.
