Using ACF and Toolset with eachother

The site is a real estate website and the client asked us to create a new listing page with only the properties that have SOLD as label in one of the ACF fiends. Since we cannot understand the work of the former developer and we cannot do a reverse engineering of the website, is it possible to recreate the new page using toolset that will be installed and work also on a site with ACF plugin ?
