I cannot update the plugins - it says "Update Failed:Undefined"

This support ticket is created vor 5 Jahren, 8 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to: Upgrade my Toolset plugins on a staging site

Instead, I got: Failure with notice of "Update Failed:Undefined"

On my live site, I have an issue with the CSS from the stylesheet suddenly not applying to elements in my View (a class attribute is not being applied to an image in a View Loop). This is a new and recent issue, since for years, the CSS was loading just fine.

I am NOT having this same issue on my staging site, but the Toolset plugins are not upgraded. I want to upgrade them to see if the upgraded Toolset plugins break the CSS. However, I can't upgrade the plugins, even though Toolset is registered for both my staging and production sites.

I would like to grant access for you to view the staging site, however, I would also like to explain my CSS problem, but would like to do so in a private message.
