Accordion Menus Not Working

This support ticket is created 4 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I’ve pages that have pages of taxonomies that open the accordion menu (collapsible) for 1st generation, while other pages that have 1st & 2nd generations that don’t open the menu (paralyzed).

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried the nested accordions used on the page, but couldn't find any issue.

Can you please share some more information and ideally a screen capture video, so that the issue is more clear? I'll be in a better position to troubleshoot it accordingly.
