Problem: If too many image fields are present in the content, Views stops rendering shortcodes and prints them out on the page.
Solution: There is currently a known issue with some newer versions of PHP that have the PCRE regex parser. Some of our shortcode regex algorithms are failing, resulting in shortcodes being printed on to the screen instead of being parsed. We are working on improvements that will prevent this failure. In the meantime, the most practical solution is to disable the PCRE.jit parser by adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
Problem: I would like to create a View that shows siblings of the current Post
Solution:
Create a View to search for your child CPT posts. Configure the Query Filter to filter by Post Relationship. Set up the filter to respond to a shortcode attribute "wpvprchildof".
In Query Options, check "Don't include current page in query result" so that only sibling posts will show up, and the current post will not be shown.
In the Loop Output editor, use the Fields and Views button to include a link or other information about each sibling.
Add the View from step 1 into the Content Template for your CPT single post page using this shortcode:
You can see the wpvprchildof attribute required by the filter from step 1. The value of this shortcode attribute will provide the post ID of the parent post:
Problem:
Check if the parent post has specific taxonomy terms.
For example:
1) Ydelser (services in danish)
2) Personer (staff in danish)
3) Relationer (relations in danish, a intermediary as guided in your documentation).
Staff has a taxonomy named "Positions", which has the terms "Jurys" & "Secretaries".
I want only "Secretaries" displayed from the Staff, in the service, not all staff.
Solution:
1) Create a content template for display the information of parent "medarbejdere" post, for example the content template "medarbejdere-info", with below codes:
Please replace the "Secretaries" with term's name and replace "positions" with your custom taxonomy slug.
2) Display the parent information with the content shortcode:
