Problem:
The user would like to add a checkbox on the view's filters and use it to display posts that have a value for a custom field, when the checkbox is checked, or all the posts when the checkbox is not checked.

Solution:
Create two views, one that will have a query filter on the existence of a value for the custom field, then use [wpv-search-term param="checkbox-name"] inside of a condition to display the appropriate view.
