I have created a radio custom field with several options.
Now, I would like to give opportunity to my client to update the options in the frontend thanks to a Cred form for example.
Is it possible and how?

Well - as I understand you have radio fields created using Types custom field groups and you attached that custom field group to some post type.
Now, Toolset Forms (CRED) offers the function "Auto-Generate" that will auto-generate your forms fields for which you are going to create a form that means it will be included in the form you created automatically.

=> Well - as I understand, you want to dynamically add the radio button field options using Toolset form? If yes, there is no such feature available as the normal flow is to create the fields from backend (using Toolset) and use it with Toolset forms.
If I misunderstood your request here, Please I need more information with few screenshot and detailed requirement.
You(re right, I need to modify the options of a radio custom field from the frontend.
I understand there is no such a function from now but I would like to have a workaround r something that helps to manage it.

Well - actually radio button options stored as a serialized array and for the task you are asking help for is beyond the scope of our support policy as it needs custom programming. In addition to this, there is no easy workaround that I can offer you as an alternate solution.
