I would like the order to be automatically considered completed in Woocommerce so that the customer can get the email with his password without waiting for me to validate the order.

Can you please share steps I need to follow to see the issue as well as share admin access details to review your current form's settings?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I see you are using the paypal for payment and for paypal orders you will have to mark to order as complete.

To make the Woocommerce order status to complete automatically, you can use the "woocommerce_thankyou" hook as described with the following.
