I didn't do any things to the database, just sent to you for review and see whether you can know how many the content template stored in database, attached please find the screenshot for your reference.
Here is the direct link to the custom post enlace oculto, hope it can help to find which content template it is applied, by the way, also attach the backend for you reference. It states it is using the template assigned by Toolset.
