Post forms are not displayed on smartphones

This support ticket is created 4 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you are using Toolset access plugin. As I understand, you want to display the form on the frontend for non-loggedin user as well. If that is correct, can you please navigate to Toolset => Access Control => Toolset Forms Tab and set your form to be accessible by Guest and save the settings and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
