Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. The message about not having custom fields means your theme is not aware of the custom fields that you created in Toolset.

You will need to create an archive or a content template with Toolset which you will have the option to include the custom fields data. It is necessary only if you want to show the custom fields in an archive or a single post page. If not, you can ignore the message.
