Error updating Forms 2.5.3 -> 2.5.4

I am trying to: Update from Forms 2.5.3 to 2.5.4.

I expected to see: Updated successfully.

Instead, I got:

Hello,

There is "503 Request Error" in the message you mentioned above, so it should be some PHP errors in your website, please try to get the PHP debug logs, copy/paste them here.
