Custom fields are not being called In thrive builder

This support ticket is created 3 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

Your video playback rate is too high, it is hard to listen what you say.

I assume in the page builder of your website, you can not find some custom fields created with Toolset Types plugin.
What page builder are you using? Can you reproduce the same problem in below test site?
