I am trying to: The client is trying to add events to the site (created with custom fields). Any information in the WYSIWIG fields won't update for this one user. He has full admin access and is using Mac with Chrome. When I log in as ADMIN or as his ADMIN I can save and update but when he does it won't stick.

We did a screen share so I've seen it in action. He can save content for posts, pages, courses, lessons, etc. but not in the fields created using Toolset.

Any idea what would cause this issue?

Hello,

It might be a browser problem, please try to clear his chrome browser cache and test again.

If the problem still persists, please get the JavaScript/PHP debug logs from your website:

Here are the last two error logs: enlace oculto and enlace oculto

He cleared the cache and tried a different browser but nothing worked. I again was able to "log in as user" and it worked perfectly.

There isn't any item are related with this issue in the debug logs.

Can you ask your client to get the Javascript debug logs from his browser?
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#javascript-debugging
section "Javascript Debugging"

In Chrome, click the Main menu button->More Tools->Developer Tools. Select the Console tab.

Ask your client to fill the WYSIWIG field and submit, and get Javascript debug logs from his chrome browser, thanks
