Problem:

When edit the layout for my custom post , toolset add

and
on my lines when in html mode put a jump line to visual see more clear the code , but toolset add me automatic br and p and those thing making that out put not be exactly that i want

Solution:

I suggest you edit your layout, add a "Visual editor" cell, in this cell, enable option "Disable automatic paragraphs", and test again.
