Problem:

Auto center toolset map with custom coordinates on each post.

Solution:

So you're saying each of your CPT has a different center point for the map correct?

Instead of putting it as a center point why not try using a marker?

However you can try passing the shortcodes that would render the coordinates into the maps shortcode like this.

[wpv-map-render map_id="map-3" fitbounds="off" general_center_lat="[types field='myfield'][/types]" general_center_lon="[types field='myfield'][/types]" ][/wpv-map-render]

The above is just an example.
