[Resuelto] You are using an expired account of Toolset

This support ticket is created 2 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

Clear an error message which shouldn't be there.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

enlace oculto

I expected to see:

No error message.

Instead, I got:

"You are using an expired account of Toolset.
It means you will not receive updates. This can lead to stability and even security issues."

I'm a lifetime account holder so the error shouldn't have occurred.

Sorry about that, the systems team made some upgrades yesterday which broke a few things.

The issues should be resolved now, but if the problem recurs let us know.
