I am trying to: hide/show a field based on another field value

I expected to see:
When Άλλο is selected in Νοσοκομείο * then i expect to see both the Label and the Single line field of
Άλλο Νοσοκομείο

Instead, I got: even when is not selected i can see the label

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I see you made that field dependent from the backend from the custom field group:

Do you want to keep that field dependent when you add/edit post in backend admin as well and you also want same when using Toolset form?

i need to show it only when the previous field is set to Άλλο.
Both the field and the label.

I understand that but you want to show that dependent field with frontend form or you want the same when you add/edit post from backend admin?

Ok then you should remove the dependent display you added with your custom field group:

And use the Toolset form conditional display to display the dependent field:
