Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to duplicate their block view to another page.
Solution:
You can create a duplicate of the views created with the blocking editor when adding the same view to another page.
When you've selected the view to insert onto the page, you'll be prompted to insert the view as the original or insert the view as a copy.
Selecting inserting as a copy will automatically create a clone of the original view for you to use.
