[Resuelto] View not visible on mobile

Hi,

I wrote a post that presents a View with some filters (Like I did in several other posts which works ok).
It works fine on desktop but on mobile the page works but has a blank area in the page, where the View data should appear.

I wasn't able to find what might cause this and appreciate your help.

I just removed the cashing from this page and it seems like it works fine now, but still, I appreciate your advice on why this issue didn't happen on other pages which has cash active.

Hi Nadav,

Happy to see that you're able to resolve the issue on this one.

However without being able to see the issue myself I wouldn't know what exactly to recommend as i've yet to see another ticket with this issue.

I do know that it is possible to hide/show views on mobiles using the Advanced settings when added to a container block, however I do suspect that isn't the case for you.

If the issue re-occurs then you can provide the login details for the site and I can have a deeper to look to see what is happening.

I understand and now I see a similar issue happening on other pages. Works fine on desktop and on mobile I don't see the view (or it appears and then disappears.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this one for you ?

A little more investigation is needed here to see why the caching is causing the issue.

Hi Nadav,

It appears that based on my checks the problems are being caused by the optimize css delivery settings.

Once i've unchecked this the page started to work fine even on mobiles.

Can you double check from your site to see if this is so.

On a specific tour (The Somme Bay is the one that was on my video) or somewhere else?

Hi Nadav,

This was unchecked by going to Settings -> WP Rocket -> File Optimization -> Optimize CSS Delivery

You will notice that this is now unchecked.
