I am trying to:

Hello, we are having an issue with the WordPress username/password account not being created after the transaction has been completed.

We have set the product being purchased to $0 dollars for testing purposes. You can test it by going to the link below and going throught the process. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected to the login page. The username and password created does not work. Once logged in as admin, you will see that it was never recorded. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi,

Welcome to Tooslet support. I followed the steps and received an email and while redirected to login page I saw a restriction page.

I suggest that you check first if the login feature works on a minimal installation:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce, Toolset and Toolset add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
