Use the WordPress Media Library manager for image.. - option not working

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to disable the wordpress media library upload on multiple image field in post form. I have unchecked the setting:

"Use the WordPress Media Library manager for image, video, audio, or file fields"

But it still displays the wordpress media library upload. I want to display basic upload to be usable on mobile phones etc..
