The WP Content box does not work either. The content that was in there no longers display even though it shows up on the live website. I cannot switch from Visual to Text mode nor does the Fields and Views button work.
2. Can you please also try to check it by deactivating all third-party plugins and switching back to the Default Theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme) to see for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
I provided the requested debug information. I turned off all plugins, other then Types and Views and the problem still remains. I switched to a 2015 theme and the problem remains. I can create a login for you to the website so you can go in there and see what is going wrong?
I have also noticed that Toolset server requirements are not same as required. You can see the minimum Toolset requirements here for best performance: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/
- PHP version is 5.3.10 in your site, which is good, but it is advised to use more up-to-date version for better performance and stability. You can contact your website hosting company to upgrade this for you and then check this issue.
Your server requirements state "PHP 5.3 and above (including PHP 7)." so we are in compliance. I have other websites with the same configuration that are operating with the same plugin and theme without any issue.
I need help from you to figure out why this site is not working as I show you it's the types and views plugin in the video at the beginning of this thread.
I understand that PHP version is 5.3.10 in your site, which is good, but it is advised to use more up-to-date version for better performance and stability. It would be great if you can please contact your website hosting company to upgrade this for you.
After that if the issue still persists, I would eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site.
