I have an issue with my site as its using high CPU of the server, please see below from my hosting provider and advise
PHP Logs for Toolset Plugin Support:
the PHP slow logs consistently show that requests taking longer than five seconds are spending most of their execution time within the following plugins:
- Toolset Layouts (layouts)
- Toolset Views (wp-views)
- Toolset Types / CRED (types, cred-frontend-editor)
The repeated execution flow observed in the slow logs is generally:
- Toolset Layouts rendering page content
- Toolset Views processing nested shortcodes
- Additional content filtering before the final page output
The slow logs indicate high CPU usage is primarily due to complex/nested layouts and shortcode processing within Toolset.
But first I encourage you to take full backup of your site and setup a staging/test site where you can first update ALL Toolset plugins and check if that helps or not.
If updating plugins on test/staging site does not help then I suggest in order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as witch to the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
I'm not sure - you can navigate to:
- Plugins => Add New => Commercial tab and then click on "Check for updates" button available and see if you able to see the latest Toolset plugins with installer.
