Currently, the Toolset plugin does not appear to be compatible with block themes, as we were able to replicate the issue with both Spectra One and the default WordPress theme.

With the screenshot you shared - I can see its showing internal server error.

Can you please make sure that server or any plugin is not blocking the AJAX request made by blocks plugin.

Can you please try to check on another server and do you see the same issue?

I contacted Spectra One support, and they were able to replicate the issue with both Spectra One and the default WordPress theme.
They recommend reaching out to the Toolset plugin support team.

Well - the Internal Server Error is from server. Can you please check with your hosting authority and check if they have any blockage for those requests shown in the screenshot you shared.

The same error is not happening when I switch to Astra Pro theme. Will there be some limitations with Spectra Pro?

I do not have Spectra pro and I suggest you should check with Spectra pro support.

Based on the screenshot you shared I'm not sure the origin of the error you see.

I'm not sure why its not working for you as I do not see any other repored such issue. If you want I can offer you sandbox site where you can install your required theme and plugins.

Do you see the same issue with the sandbox site? If yes- can you please share exact steps I should follow that should help me to see the issue.
