Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset dot com

This support ticket is created 3 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com even after adding a website to the toolset and registering the new key.

Hi there,

Would you please follow the steps below?

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Toolset Settings".
- Scroll down and click the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting " link.
- On the new page, scroll down and click the "Installer Support" link.
- Make sure that all top options show green tic and not red X icons. (Check the screenshot)
- If the red X icon shows please make sure that your website can connect to:

You can ask your hosting service provider to whitelist the URLs above.
