[Resuelto] Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

Hello everybody,

I see on the plugin page the error message 'Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com' and I tried to fix the issue by doing the steps I read in the posts from other people who had the same problem. Unfortunately it did not solve my issue.

1. When I click on update on the commercial tab it tells me 'Toolset is registered on this site. You will receive automatic updates until October 21, 2025 '.

2. When I check the communication error details I see 'toolset: Unable to register: Site key not matching'

That seems contradictory, doesn't it?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you try to delete the existing site key for your site from your account's site key page:
- https://toolset.com/account/sites/

And then try to go to commercial page and try to regiter the Toolset by following the steps given with the following link:
- https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed
