Toolset plugin cannot connect

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I cannot connect toolset .
I've setup this website via duplication plugin. I'm not feeling comfortable disabling plugins.
I've tried connecting via the plugin and via the site, but the error stays.

Please look at my last case/thread. It was unsolved, please do not auto-close if you don't hear back soon. There might be a delay in my reply.
