I have migrated the enlace oculto website to a new hosting provider. After an upgrade of Toolset Forms, Toolset Layouts and Toolset Views I can't see the details of the plugin in the control panel of wordpress. I get the message "plugin not found". I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Nothing to do. I've manually cleaned the DB unsuccessfully.
I think the plugin issue is causing the layout problem of the website.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
What you mean by control panel where exactly the plugin is not available?
Can I have problem URL and admin access details and where exactly you are facing the issue.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I'm not sure why such message is displayed becase I just checked with the sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- enlace oculto
If you go to plugins page and it works just fine:
- enlace oculto
You may want to unregister the existing Toolset/WPML site key from your site:
=> enlace oculto
However - you may give less focus to that issue as it will not affect the funcationlity offered by Toolset plugins.
Also I see you just purchsased the Toolset and we do not recommond to use Layouts plugin, you can deactivate and delete it. Toolset Layouts plugin is in maintanance mode and we are not going to add any new features to it. Instead of using Layouts plugin, you can use the content template.
thank you for your reply and support.
I've tested on staging and now the layout is ok.
There are still some issues with the database, I hope to sort out these issues as well.
