Toolset gives totally incorrect instructions

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

install the cbd real estate reference site

I expected to see:

logical instructions

INSTEAD I SEE: what looks like 1-2 year old, incorrect information. First it says you need the framework plugin, so i hunt for that and spend the time installing, then when it doesnt work i go to get correct instructions and there are none. i need to either work with a legit plugin or cancel/refund asap. love toolset's promise, but this sucks
