Toolset Blocks plugin problem

This support ticket is created 3 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When I open the "Toolset Blocks" plugin, it causes the product description on the website to disappear.

Thank you for getting in touch.

I took a look at the website for you and found that this issue here is that you have an empty content template assigned to your product post type. This is causing your product description not to appear.

My advice here is to delete this empty content template at the link below.
