Toolset blocks not rendering correctly in Full Site Editing footer template

I'm building a site with full site editing, but when using a container, the background image doesn't appear.

Would you please test by changing the theme to 2022 which is an FSE theme? Do you see the same issue there?

If yes, would you please kindly replicate the issue on the installation below?
